Tafqit is a number-to-words and amount-in-words utility available on the web and iOS. This Privacy Policy explains how Tafqit handles information when you use our website or iOS app.
1. Information We Collect
Tafqit is designed to work with minimal data collection. The Tafqit iOS app processes conversions locally on your device. You do not need to create an account to use the app.
The app may store conversion history and saved documents locally on your device so you can access them later. This information stays on your device unless you choose to share or export it.
2. Information You Enter
When you enter numbers, amounts, currencies, or output languages into Tafqit, that information is used to generate the requested number-to-words result.
In the iOS app, conversions are processed locally on your device. On the website, conversions are processed to provide the tool functionality. Do not enter sensitive or confidential information if you do not want it to be processed by the tool.
3. Purchases and Subscriptions
Tafqit Pro purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Apple may process purchase information according to its own terms and privacy policies.
4. Documents and History
The Tafqit iOS app may allow you to save conversion documents and history locally on your device. Saved documents and history are not uploaded to Tafqit servers by default. If you export or share a document, you choose where that file is sent.
5. Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking
The Tafqit iOS app does not use third-party advertising, does not use third-party tracking, and does not require App Tracking Transparency permission.
If website analytics or essential hosting logs are used in the future, they will be used to understand site performance, maintain security, and improve the service.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your conversion history or saved documents with third parties. Information may be processed by service providers only when necessary to operate the website, hosting, or App Store purchase functionality.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the service. However, no digital service can guarantee absolute security. For the iOS app, keeping your device secure helps protect locally saved history and documents.
8. Children’s Privacy
Tafqit is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Your Choices
- You can delete saved documents and history from within the app.
- You can manage Apple subscriptions through your App Store account settings.
- You can stop using the service at any time.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
