These Terms of Use govern your use of Tafqit, including the Tafqit website and iOS app. By using Tafqit, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Tafqit
Tafqit is a utility that helps convert numbers and financial amounts into written words for checks, invoices, contracts, receipts, and other documents.
2. No Legal or Financial Advice
Tafqit is provided as a productivity and document utility. Tafqit does not provide legal, financial, accounting, or banking advice.
You are responsible for reviewing all generated wording before using it in official, legal, financial, or business documents.
3. Accuracy of Results
We work to provide accurate number-to-words conversion, but we cannot guarantee that every result will be suitable for every legal, banking, accounting, or regional requirement.
You should verify generated results before using them in checks, invoices, contracts, receipts, or official documents.
4. User Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- The amounts you enter.
- The currency and language you select.
- Reviewing generated text before use.
- Deciding whether a result is appropriate for your document or jurisdiction.
5. Tafqit Pro
Tafqit may offer optional Pro features, including unlimited PDF exports, saved documents, history, bulk conversion, TXT export, and other premium features.
Subscriptions and purchases are processed through the App Store. Subscription terms, billing, cancellation, and refunds are managed by Apple according to your App Store account settings and Apple’s policies.
6. Lifetime Purchase
If available, a Lifetime purchase unlocks Tafqit Pro features for the lifetime of the app as offered at the time of purchase.
Lifetime access does not guarantee that all future services, external APIs, cloud services, or separately released products will be included.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Tafqit, attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer the app, or use it for unlawful purposes.
8. Availability
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Tafqit at any time. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
9. Intellectual Property
Tafqit, its design, branding, text, and software are owned by the developer or licensed to the developer. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the app or website as your own product.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tafqit and its developer are not liable for losses, damages, errors, rejected documents, banking issues, accounting issues, or legal consequences resulting from your use of generated wording.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
